Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Burhani Safety (burhanisafety.pk) delivers orders across Pakistan. It is publicly available; you do not need to log in or create an account to view it.
1. Shipping areas
We currently ship within Pakistan. If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you after the order is placed.
2. Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (or order confirmation for Cash on Delivery). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery time
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Karachi: 1–3 business days
- Major cities in Pakistan: 2–5 business days
- Other areas: 3–7 business days
These are estimates. Delays can occur due to courier issues, weather, remote locations, or incomplete address/phone details.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you place the order. Promotional free-shipping offers may apply when advertised on the site.
5. Order tracking
When your order ships, we share tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone when available from the courier.
6. Failed delivery
Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate. If delivery fails due to an unreachable customer or incorrect address, re-delivery fees may apply, or the order may be cancelled and returned to us per courier rules.
7. Damaged in transit
If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will coordinate a replacement or refund as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
